A+ product, A+ service. My Firm was in need of a new printer/copier and we decided to lease with Electronic Office Systems. Travis and his team were very accommodating and made sure we were satisfied with our new lease agreement. Electronic Office Systems immediately provided and installed a loaner machine for us while we waited for our new printer/copier. Our new printer was delivered weeks earlier than expected. Our installer Vince did an excellent job. During the install of our new printer, my secretary asked if the printer/copier can be set up to print on specialty paper and explained that this would save her an enormous amount of time. I very much appreciate the integrity of the team. They never try to sell you something you do not need.

For example, to mention a couple of their techs that have been excellent, they have Mark Malanowski and Ed Garchitorena. Both have been a breath of fresh air when working on our equipment in our showroom. They show up quick, are very polite and knowledgeable. They know their stuff and get us up and running in no time!! It is truly a pleasure to work with them.

The representative was prepared, professional and quickly assed what we needed and made recommendations for a copier that would meet the churches needs.

I found out that they also carry six different brands of copiers Fax machines, Laser printers, supplies & shredders. They also repair everything that they carry, which made us feel at ease.
