OMG This place !!!The customer service is Top notch .That is a big deal for me ,it’s usually a deciding factor if I go back or not .Very friendly and helpful .Now let’s talk about the popcorn and pretzels.!!!we chose cheddar ranch ,mint chocolate,Chicago ,tuxedo and then cinnamon sugar pretzels.Just like I hoped the sweet was drizzled with chocolate/and white chocolate.I’m not a fan of powdered sweet flavors .So this was spot on for me .Fresh and delicious,and the pretzels were crispy crunchy but not hard like you think .They had a light crispy crunch and salt !!! It set the Cinnamon sugar off perfectly.My favorite popcorn so far has been the cheddar ranch ,it coats your mouth in cheesy goodness ,Ranch comes through But dang ,That cheese ! I’m going back for a big bag of that .We got small 3 dollar bags and I believe the one bigger 5 dollar bag .The small isn’t really small ,still pretty good size .We came home and let my mother in law try it and they went straight there .That’s how much they loved it .Officially our new favorite place .We we’re told that in November a holiday customized tin would be a new option where you choose 3 flavors .I...

I was extremely disappointed with this place. Not because of the popcorn, oh no, because I was never even able to get any popcorn. I went to this place, during their business hours, 2 days in a row and NO ONE was even in the shop. I went on a Friday around 4pm. Then I went again on Saturday around 1pm. There was no one there either time. I mean door locked, lights out, Empty! I tried knocking and got no answer. I even called the number to the shop and spoke with a gentleman on that Saturday who told me they were open before I went down there again. However, once I got there, door locked, lights out, and once again NO ONE was around. It's just not a good look for a business. I was excited to find I was living close to a popcorn shop, but it looks like I'll never get to try them at this point. Just highly...

We got there and they were closed bc of low inventory but as we were walking away one of the workers came up and let us in. She said she was there to turn down the A/C for tomorrow but she totally let us in AND let us sample anything we wanted AND turned on their computer to let us buy a few bags too.

She unlocked the store to let us in, helped us and then locked it right behind us and left when we did. She was amazing!
