I ordered this from Chipotle this was my 2nd time. The first time I ordered from Chipotle, they would have received 10 stars. However, the second time and the last time was horrible. This is my experience. Trying to get through to the customer service line.It took me over four hours. I ordered the same thing as the first time 3 tacos. With carnitas, some corn sour cream and some salsa. I got one piece a small chunk of carnitas in each taco. I called several times to complain. It took me over four hours to get to a person only to be told, i have to transfer you to Uber Eats because we don't know what you paid for it. I offered to forward my receipt from Uber Eats, and she said that wouldn't to ANY good. I couldn't believe it. I asked to speak with a supervisor and after waiting about 15 minutes. Maybe 10. I decided It is not worth my time nor my energy. I will never order from instacart and go to Chipotle again ever. Nor will I ever go in the store ever. I am so disappointed it's ridiculous. And to the customer service rep, I reached after 4 hours of trying to reach somebody. Same on you, you should have handled my situation with grace and respect. I'm just let me forward the email to you of my receipt. Because that would have been proof and that's what you needed. I offered to give it to you and you said it would do no good. So you are full of you know what? And I will never order from you again ever or your company ever ever ever ever.. i paid 27.35 for 3 tacos, only no extras, no soda, no chips, no, nothing that is ridiculous, and you want to send me to uber eats to see if they'll give me a credit screw, you. Like I said, I will never go back. The horrible customer service that I received from that representative...
Read moreI’ve been a loyal customer of Chipotle since its early days, appreciating their food and the brand’s commitment to quality. However, my experiences at the Fairfield location have left much to be desired. To put it bluntly, the service here is subpar, a statement I make after several disappointing encounters.
On three separate occasions, I’ve placed online orders, only to discover upon returning home—8 miles away—that my order was incorrect. Specifically, my burrito’s fillings were not as requested. The nature of a burrito means you can’t verify the order until you take a bite, leading to frustrating surprises.
Attempting to resolve these issues has been an ordeal in itself. Reaching out for customer service over the phone has proven nearly impossible, as getting through to a live representative is a challenge. On the rare occasion I did manage to speak with someone, this time with a representative in the Philippines, the interaction was far from satisfactory. I found their attitude disrespectful and, ultimately, my request for a refund was denied, leaving me with no choice but to discard the incorrect food.
It’s disheartening to see such a decline in service quality, especially from a brand I’ve supported for years. I hope that sharing my experience will prompt Chipotle, particularly the Fairfield location, to reevaluate their customer service and order accuracy. Ensuring that customers receive what they’ve paid for and addressing any mistakes with respect and understanding should be fundamental practices for any food...
Read moreChipolte is my favorite fast-food chain restaurant. My husband and I visit them whenever we're traveling in a new area, and are mostly never disappointed by the consistent quality of the food and service. Yesterday's visit to the Fairfield Gateway Chipolte (by the Barnes and Noble) is the glaring exception. We each ordered tacos. The guy making his made 2 chicken before my husband could tell him he only wanted 1 to be chicken. Rather than simply dumping the extra chicken into the first taco, he took that taco and threw it all in the trash. THROWING PERFECTLY GOOD FOOD AWAY. Next, the girl putting the extras on my 3 chicken tacos dumped such massive amounts of guacamole and sour cream on mine they were really gross. She actually put an entire huge serving spoon of sour cream on top of the filling. I should've told her to start again, but I knew where those ruined tacos would go, so, I just paid and emptied all that sloppy mess out at the table and picked out the meat and shell. There was no one in line behind us. No reason to rush. It was like they didn't even care...because at this place they DON'T. The glass food shields were filthy, greasy, spattered and smeared. The tables were all crusty and crumb-laden, like no one had wiped them down all day, or ever. And the ladies restroom was dirty. One of the 2 sinks was broken, so only one place to wash your hands. We won't be back. The Chipolte in Vacaville is cleaner, nicer, and the people there act like they know how to...
