July 15 2023 I went this evening it was about 6:30pm and got some ice cream I notice when I walk in the door was open, so I figured the a.c don’t work. Well when I got it it was working, but now I was looking at the ice cream and notice that they defrost it a little and I can see the ice cream was kind of melting so I figured it was ok, but I was wrong by the time they mixing the ice cream and when I received it, it was already melting and dripping off the bowl and when I got outside my ice cream is like drinking the ice cream instead of enjoying it, so I decided to throw it away because it was melted already and it didn’t taste good. The employees should never open the door considering it was over 100 degrees outside and letting the he ice cream melt so they don’t have to scoop the ice cream to hard but that’s not good serving ice cream already defrosted already they can make people really sick. Cold Stone Creamery is the very best. You pick your base ice cream flavor from a huge selection, and on a cold marble stone they mix in all the candies, goodies, nuts, fruits, chocolate, caramel, cookies, etc that you like. You end up with the best ice cream Creations imaginable. My favorites are the cheesecake base ice cream flavor and add strawberries and graham cracker crumbs. You get a strawberry cheesecake ice cream that is to die for. You can also take chocolate fudge ice cream, have them add real peanut butter, chocolate, nuts, smashed up peanut butter cups, and add chocolate syrup to make a peanut butter fudge dream. There is no limit to the combinations that you can make, it's just insane. Waited in line for an hour, after placing our order the girl forgot it as she was making it. Then, she took the cup with the ingredients and transferred it into a shake cup, then, took the cup into the back behind closed doors 3 times!!! After 20 minutes of waiting, she served us a runny/watery shake

We also ordered a strawberry shortcake, the young man who scooped the ice cream, held the ice cream in the air with the spatulas as he talk to another customer to the point where I had to request that my ice cream not be exposed to the COVID 19’ air that long as he conversed with another customer... The staff was EXTREMELY SCATTERED and all over the place, definitely in need of organizational/listening skills across the board
