Exceptional Service and Trustworthiness at Eagle Motors.
Purchasing a vehicle sight unseen can be an overwhelming experience, filled with uncertainty and skepticism. However, my recent experience with Eagle Motors, specifically with a salesperson named Caleb, turned this daunting task into a remarkably smooth and transparent process. I reached out to Eagle Motors from Michigan, interested in a Honda Van for someone I was assisting in the purchasing process. Right from the beginning, Caleb represented the best of what car salesmanship should be.
Caleb's professionalism, dedication, and commitment to transparency were evident throughout the entire process. He understood the unique challenges of buying a car without the ability to visit in person and went above and beyond to ensure that every question was answered comprehensively. His willingness to put in extra time and effort to make everything as clear and smooth as possible was not only impressive but also incredibly reassuring.
What stood out the most was Caleb's honesty and the genuine care he showed. It was clear that his priority was not just making a sale but ensuring that we were fully informed and comfortable with the process. He provided detailed descriptions, sent additional photos, driving videos, and even facilitated virtual tours of the vehicle, which helped bridge the gap caused by the distance. His proactive communication and responsiveness made us feel valued and respected as customers.
Although the vehicle had a brake issue after purchase, Eagle Motors stood by their commitment to customer satisfaction. Caleb and the team addressed and resolved the matter, further proving their dedication to quality service and integrity.
For anyone considering purchasing a vehicle, whether in person or remotely, I highly recommend...
Read moreBad brakes! Drove over an hour to look at a Honda Odyssey. Was told on the phone everything was gone through thoroughly via their shop and that they don't cut corners. Upon arriving they were installing a new battery because it was dead that day(unhooking batteries can reset any warning lights, not saying this was the case but just noting it) First thing my husband noticed was that the brakes were bad, like pushing on a sponge. Now how can you say you've had mechanics go over everything, you don't cut corners and one of the easiest, cheapest fixes and a huge safety issue, the BRAKES are bad?! If they will skip over something simple like brakes I don't think they would fix anything bigger than that. Also, although nice, I was clear on the phone and specifically asked Angie about the interior of the vehicle and I said it being nice and clean was very important. She told me it was clean, now I didn't specifically ask if the interior had duct tape on the passenger arm rest and lots of missing leather and rips but an honest person would have told me about the condition of the interior having those issues since I had said how important a nice interior was. When we were leaving the guy asked if we liked it and my husband told him the brakes were bad and super spongy. He told us if we wanted to buy it he could have them fixed the next day... they should have already been fixed! I would NOT recommend buying a car here. I rarely, if ever write negative reviews but given how expensive cars are, how unsafe the terrible the brakes were and everything here raising red flags, I'm writing to warn others to...
