I ordered through door dash and my order was jacked up. I received no sauces. Half of my order was messed up due to that. Wait 25 minutes for the manager to show up, hand me my sauces.... which have no relevance being my food was already cold. I spent over $104 and yes that include a door dasher tip.
However for the manager to show up with another co-worker, shows how busy they really were. And to screw up sauces and loaded fries and what should have been corrected burgers. I didn't need the extra burgers and food this manager to be rude and tell me this will never happen again. It shouldn't have happened in the first place. For 2 workers to leave..... haha busy..... no .... just not paying attention to orders.
Then again try to berate me in your $50k Toyota SUV. DEFINITELY not okay with that. You could have kept your burgers if you felt I was wrong. But don't threaten a customer. Unwise, definitely not manager capable of be deserving of her position. Not necessarily the gentlemen that rode with her trying to act like a bodyguard. White Castle, in my opinion, has lost all respect and my business. Why spend $105 to be treated like in in the wrong? If you would have done your job instead of screwing around...... you would have never received a call or this complaint.
The manager on 07/27/2024 should not hold the title of manager. She holds the title of bully to this customer and the 4 purple with me who heard her say her snide comment. I'm stoked she went out of the way with her bodyguard. But to be talked to like that. To tell me this won't happen again...... it shouldn't have happened in the first place. Pay attention to your orders. It's all on the receipt. We would have never been put in this position. I'll never visit our order from this White Castle or maybe any other one because of the rudeness of this woman named Tammy. She just cost you an extra $100 in sales 2x per week. Just from me. When the word spreads through FB and...
Read moreI was there yesterday for breakfast, and while the food was what I expected (love their breakfast sliders and coffee) - the service was poor. The person who took my order read my order back to my part-by-part and kept getting it wrong...I just wanted meal #13 with sausage, egg, and cheese sliders, medium hash browns, and a large coffee. She said "meal 15?" (no, 13). Then she read back the type of sliders wrong (and I corrected her). The, as she rang up the order the total was higher than I expected, and she said "that's because you asked for the large drink" I said "OK", and she read the order back, but instead of saying large "coffee", she said large "soda"...which I again corrected. She didn't give me a receipt, but I didn't mind. It then took over 5 minutes to get my food, and during that time there were multiple issues of customers being charged wrong in the drive-through. I then asked for my receipt and found I had indeed been charged for the wrong sandwhiches, despite them giving me the correct ones. They gave me a refund, but...really? So many mistakes and such a slow turnaround to get me...
Read moreWhite Castle, I take everything hateful, I said in my head. I saw you changed my favorite onion rings to onion chips, but they just made it easier to pop in your mouth! I wanted to try the chicken sandwich, and it was OK, I bought two and only ate most of one. The breading was Krispy. The chicken was white meat, it was fine, but not amazing. I think you should stick with the classics sliders! Otherwise, I really enjoy stopping and having a white castle cheeseburger from time to time. I used to live in the Chicago land area, and whenever I come across the White Castle. It just takes me home! The restaurant is a bit rundown, but the sliders are still good! I still wish the onion rings were still rings, and that chips, but I suffered through them! LOL I did eat the chicken sandwich with mayonnaise and ketchup and a little black pepper, I opted out of the honey, mustard sauce. Not sure if the sauce would’ve made a difference. It was just OK, but I still love that I could have a feeling lunch...
