Waited thirty minutes for an order only to find out what they gave me was not our order at all. Went back (after leaving) to get the order corrected and was told they didn’t even have our order and couldn’t find what we ordered in the system. Come to find out they had charged me more for the wrong items (still not what was received) and I would have to wait until the line was down to get a replacement (ummm…that’s not how this works when you screw up).
Since I was on my lunch break, I wasn’t able to do so, so I requested a refund. Other patrons heard how long I had been waiting and started complaining. The worker seemed completely frazzled and had no idea how to handle the situation and started yelling at a child that was in the back where only workers are allowed. The restaurant on BlackRock in Fairfield has become as bad as the one on Boston Ave in Bridgeport. Poor service. Extremely SLOW. Placed our order at the drive thru. Waited behind one car (only 2 of us in line for pick up) for 10 minutes. Finally got to the window. NO ONE came to the window. Waited another 10 - 15 minutes. Still nothing. I don’t know why this is slowing turning into a thing of the past . My child enjoys going into the store for a hot dog and the claw machine . Unfortunately getting friendly timely service is becoming nonexistent. I ordered a kids meal with a shake . The cashier said she would bring it over to the table .
The milkshake never came , and my son was 1/2 way through his meal . I asked one of the other staff members for the shake . He asked me to repeat the order and it came several minutes later .
