This location is always very busy so I would definitely recommend ordering ahead if you are pressed for time. However if not, they are quick and efficient with preparing orders.

I had never been to a Crumbl location before. I have always wanted to try it but have been nervous to because of my severe nut allergy. I was in Fairfield and always pass this location so I figured I would call and see if they could make any accommodations for those with allergies. I called and Oliver picked up the phone. I asked him how they might be able to help with my situation. He explained to me that between each batch all of the utensils and bowls are sanitized and that for customers who specify a nut allergy they are sure to change gloves and do everything they can to ensure they are careful about contamination. He specified there was no way he could be 100 percent sure but honestly no place can! After our phone call I felt so comfortable to go in store as he instructed, and ask for him. He immediately prepared my order, which was just the milk chocolate chip cookie. It was delicious by the way and I will certainly be going back for more.

I have been wanting to try Crumbl for years but haven’t because not all locations are thorough and kind enough to make accommodations for the customer. I understand it can be annoying and daunting for employees to go out of their way like this but Oliver was so kind and so helpful. I can’t explain how much it meant to me. Some might say this sounds dramatic but living with a severe nut allergy is difficult and enjoying eating out is too!! Oliver made my night and I will certainly be going back to order from him again.

The cookies were great, but the staff is awful and so is the man in charge. We waited in line for 45 minutes (totally expected because of how new it is) and there was so much chaos and confusion as we waited. I tried to pay twice and the machine froze both times and said the payment failed. I then went to the front and tried to pay with the man in charge and when he put my card in again, it failed again. I had more than enough money to buy cookies. I came to find out that my card was charged three times. Even though it said it failed. My friend wound up having to pay because my card literally would not take and when I told the man that I had been charged he asked for proof and I showed him the transaction and he gave me a card for a free cookie. Calling the bank to dispute tomorrow but just keep an eye out when you pay especially if your transaction fails because they WILL charge you even if they claim they didn’t. The technology they have set up isn’t great. Again, the cookies were great but management is awful and the store was filled with chaos. Definitely won’t be going back to that location for a while.
