I tried it last night for the first time. I couldn't customize how I wanted my food online so I went down to order it. I ordered the trio, which includes salmon, scallops and shrimp, and also a two meat choice of steak and chicken. I finally got home to eat and found it disgusting. My salmon was dry and overcooked. The scallops are the size of a dime. The shrimp had the texture of sand. The rice had no flavor. I didn't even try the second entree. The steak appeared to be well done which is not how I like mine and I was not even given an option. The food is blan and I will never go back. I tried to call the next morning to ask for a refund and offered to bring the untouched food back. However, I was told I couldn't be given a refund based on PERSONAL PREFERENCE. The portions are large and can feed 2 people most of the time (unless I'm really hungry and finish it all). The employees are friendly and know what they are doing. As with any restaurant you will have bumps in the road. When they first opened up it was hard to get competent employees who showed up to do their job. I feel the current set of employees are there each day, on time and care about your dining experience. If you are expecting a expensive, sit down type meal, you are coming in with standards they won't be able to meet. This is a hibachi meal that you do not have to wait an hour to get. 1st: The lady that answered the phone told me that I called the wrong place when I knew for a fact that I ordered from them.
I told her I requested Yum sauce and she said I didnāt. Maāam itās literally written on my container and my receipt. What do you mean?
She then proceeds to argue that sheās 100% sure that she put it in my container with my food. But you didnāt⦠Then she says my UberEats driver mustāve taken it. Why would a driver still yum yum sauce?! Seriously?!
