I've been to the place plenty of times granted it was years ago but usually I have a good experience but My experience this most recent time was not good at all. Went to get a battery replaced I bought off amazon took it there everything worked fine for a while after the install then one of my speakers went out and the other speaker is completely messed up and the quality is terrible. I asked the guy to look at it again and he claims he did nothing and the battery did it. Doesn't make a lot of sense to me how a battery can mess up speakers especially when this battery was online was rated high reviews and a lot of people purchased it yet never had that problem. So granted I have a great and more powerful battery but a malfunctioning phone and lost money. I had this phone for 4 years with zero problems and now all of a sudden I'm having issues after installing this batter. I rated this 2 stars instead 1 if by some weird chance the battery did mess up speakers and it wasn't the guy's fault but still given the positive reviews of the battery I find that difficult to believe other than just really bad luck, but that said that will be my very last time doing business with them.

Side Note: The guy also didn't follow instructions on how to install the battery and did it his own way he kind of came off as incompetent but that's just my personal opinion even though I gave him all the tools and supplies he needed its weird that he just chose not to use it when the instructions say you're suppose to. Which is why I'm not very confident that he didn't mess up my phone and just didn't want to fess up to it But I'll have to give him the benefit of the doubt due to the fact I can't prove that but it seemed very unprofessional and half-effort on his part to skip a part of the install that the instructions...

By far the worst experience I've ever had. Was told fixing a tablet LCD would be no problem, ordered the wrong part 3 times, made the 3rd one "work" and it's still broken ALONG with more physical damage that was not on it to begin with. I came to them because Best Buy quoted me 500$ to fix it, while iWork quoted me 175$. After a month of them having it I'm worse than when I begin. Also NO ONE ever contacted me when parts came in or if they were wrong, I was always the one to call them and ask what was going on. AND I never gave them permission to install a wrong part. If I would've known they were going to be this incompetent and unprofessional about it I would've never taken it there, I've called every 30 minutes for 4 hours now to try to talk to someone because it is STILL BROKEN and they will not answer the phone. I do not recommend this place unless you're looking to get screwed over.

Edit I ended up getting a refund due to the LCD still being broke and for the trouble. The only person I could honestly say was the most helpful through all of this is Brian, he was always nice and had great customer service, anyone else I ever dealt with up there seemed to have no clue what they were talking about and had no knowledge on customer service. I called the night I picked up the laptop to ask why it wasn't working again and Blake, I believe his name was told me it could be the charger, even though he was the one to plug in my laptop and turn it on. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE! We needed to get a phone screen repaired. This was an older phone so we called them first and told them the exact model number of the phone to be repaired. They told us they had it so we drove over and hour to get the repair done. We get there and give them the phone and they said it would be about 30 min for the repair. About 25 min later they proceed to tell us that they didn't have the screen in stock and the phone would be ready for pickup on Wednesday when they get the screen in. We said No we would take it somewhere closer to home and that is why we called to make sure you had the correct screen. They then gave us a bag with the phone in it but the phone was in several peices. We returned to our vehicle and after sorting through the peices in the bag they did not give us back the battery or the sim card for the phone. I went back to the store and confronted them about the missing items and they took my battery out of what looked like a parts drawer and the sim card out of another phone. Hopefully those are the only parts that they tried stealing. When I said something about them trying to steal parts of my phone they threatened to call security on me.
