Rent One — Local services in Fairview Heights

2 and a half years been with you all , was forced to move to this location because the AWESOME people at highland had to close , now I get to deal with a snotty , rude manger that likes talking behind peoples backs. Beware … if anything go find another store. Edit and update : got close to paying my account off multiple items that I was way over charged for … after paying over $10,000 to these people , I asked to have a couple things repaired because I’m close to having it paid off which they refused to do without a $29.99 extra warranty (it’s not the money it’s the principle ) & Then they sent me to a creditor. Perfect. $10,000! I spent with your company and you guys can’t fix a couch and speaker without more money , by the way care credit is a joke and you’re just wasting your money. Told the manager I sent a check to the creditor , he obviously thought I was lying “we don’t take checks “ was his response. Well umm looks like you do now… also with this company , customers don’t matter & they would rather just tell you to stick it where the sun dont shine. I will never spend another...

I have been going to the Fairview Heights store for 2-3 years now (pretty much since they opened) and they are the best bunch of people I have ever met. They have gone out of their way to get me replacement parts and anything my little heart desired. For those with kit or no credit I would highly recommend Douglas and the whole Rent One team in Fairview...
