Dandelion Express Florist — Local services in Fallon

I'd like to start off by saying customer service was awesome. Unfortunately the flowers weren't what the the family or I expected. Especially after paying so much. We ordered on a Tuesday and my mom's service was Saturday. The white flowers looked dingy and yellow, very little hot pink flowers like we requested ,the white roses were poorly sprayed a light baby blue and we requested 12 dark blue roses and I was told the ones they had in the freezer were going to be saved for me-if not they assured they could order more, which wasn't the case. The flowers didn't last the next day, they were dead and brown. I understand the heat but I had family order flowers from yerington and brought from Fresno CA that were kept up, bright and still beautiful the next day. Like I said, service was excellent, very nice sweet ladies, delivery to schurz was awesome, but unfortunatelyI was unhappy with the flower...

I had given up getting nice flowers from our only florist in town when it was Doreen's. Since changing hands and becoming Dandelion Express, I have used them several times and must say, I have NEVER been disappointed. The flowers are always beautiful. The real surprise was contacting them the day before Mother's Day, wanting two corsages to be delivered to me the day I ordered them and they did it! Beautiful too! I wish I had taken pictures of them when they were delivered but I forgot. I still have mine, in water since Mother's Day. It still looks pretty good even after almost a week! Bought a corsage and a boutonniere for my daughter for her last Prom and the Corsage band busted immediately. I called them first thing Monday and they asked me to bring it in. Upon bringing it in, they only offered me half after saying oh yeah this is a very fragile band. It didn't even touch her wrist. They only offered half because they had to pay for the flowers, well excuse me but I paid for my daughter to wear it and she couldn't. The band was suggested by there staff, I'm guessing it was old and they needed to get rid of it. Thanks a lot Dandelion Express. You've lost my business...
