After living in the Cape for a few years, I have enjoyed how pleasant people are here. With that said the pharmacy staff at Davis Straits is the worst. Each time I’ve gone in there I’ve gotten an attitude. The last time was the last straw. I went to the drive up window and the girl, Emma, said that will be $180. I said, could you please recheck that because I’ve never paid for this medication. She gave me a blank stare and said it cost $180. I told her I had a card on file that waived the co-pay and could she please check. She gave me a blank steer and said I already checked it’s $180. It was infuriating because if I’m the customer telling you that I don’t have a co-pay at least give me the benefit of the doubt and check with your manager. after the fourth time and getting the same answer, I said fine. I will come in and talk to the manager. I went inside and Emma yelled out. Do you need to see a manager? I waited until I was called up and the girl, another girl, rang up the medication. I asked the girl if they found the card on file and she didn’t answer me. Next to her was Emma and I asked her if she found the card and she ignored me. So I still don’t know what I’m being charged. When she rung it up, the cost was zero dollars. I said to Emma it looks like you found the card. Thank you. She ignored me. The least she could’ve done was said my apologies. We did find it on file. Nothing. The worst customer service and attitude. I’m a senior and I don’t need someone doubting me and giving me an attitude when I ask them to check again about a card that I told him I had on file. Needless to say, I am not going to that Pharmacy any longer. I have moved my...
Read moreI really wish I could give this cvs pharmacy no stars but unfortunately that’s not an option I came here at 1:25 there was one person in front of me and nobody behind me at all the person sticks her arm out the window tapes a sign saying they close for lunch from 130 to 2 and than asks the lady that was in front of me to wait to leave until she shuts the gate I got to the window it was still 1:28 she could of easily got my prescription and still closed for 1:30 it literally takes 2 minutes to cash out someone prescription. I could see if there was a long line of people behind me and they had to end it or they wouldn’t get their lunch but it was only me and it wasn’t even 1:30 yet extremely ignorant and unprofessional now I have to sit here for a half hour waiting for them to come back because I live so far it’s not worth leaving and coming back this place is trash if it wasn’t for one person that works here that I always have great customer service from I would NEVER come here again her name is Jessie Kelley she is amazing and always on point and friendly you guys really need to give that girl a raise and make sure she NEVER leaves because if it wasn’t for her I know for a fact there is a ton of people that would never come here again. STAY AWAY FROM THE PHARMACY AT ALL COSTS you can easily go through the review and I am not even close to the only one with a terrible experience cvs you need to do so much better training your staff because clearly they are destroying...
Read moreThis CVS is useless. Working for a Drs office near by, I have wactched them mess up nearly ever prescription we send over. Today I dropped off a prescription and handed them my new insurance. They asked if it was a new card. I specified, no, it is a brand new insurance. The woman took my card and "made a copy" of it and gave it back. When I came back a 1/2 hour later. They charged me full price and said it didnt go through my insurance. They had no record of me leaving my new info. They told me I could go wait in the drop off line to update it, but I was on my lunchbreak.
So later I called to move the prescription to a CVS closer to my house, and the girl on the phone said she didnt know why they told me that, they had my insurance all set and my price was adjusted. TOO LATE NOW.
I understand, things happen, error are made, we are all human. But, I have watched them mess up almost everything we send to them.
They also blame the Dr.s office when they dont have records of your refills, when we (at the drs office )have actually called it in to a human being that...
