These guys are liars. They told us "full refund" in 30 days if you dont like it. We told them we dont like it, and now they say there is a 25% restocking fee. That is not a "full refund". They admit they said full refund, but their VP doesnt want to give the full refund. And the VP does not have the decency to talk to the customer. They say "he doesn't talk to customers". You are in retail business, that is the part of your job Mr VP. Avoid this place. They keep changing their story every day to make up for their mistake.

The selection of items is just as good as many new items, most of what this outlet has are not damaged items. They are items that are discontinued for one reason or another and you get a chance to purchase at a greater value than when it was in one of their retail stores. At any time he receives goods from one of the retail stores that were pulled off their showroom to make way for something else, so the outlet furnishings change frequently. You can purchase something today that was higher in the showroom just a few days ago.
