Would give zero stars if I could so I have tried several times to go in the store and have been stopped and told I cannot come in without a mask. Thatās okay but what if I have a medical condition that prevents me from being able to wear one? They donāt care. What if I just don not have one surly they would offer you one like EVERY OTHER BUSINESS IN AMERICAN THAT REQUIRES THEM? Nope ...... so I even wait till after the mask mandate has been removed from my county and try to go back and once again was turned away. They even have the nerve to say I can shop there for others safety. Need I remind you that I work healthcare and know what mask are affective at preventing Covid 19 and what ones are not! When you have people in there with bandannas tried around there head like this is a western movie that does nothing to prevent Covid !!! When you are wearing a cloth mask that use to be a shirt IT DOES NOTHING and if we wanna get realistic the cdc has recently released documents saying that the blue surgical mask that are o so popular provide little to no protection agents Covid 19 because on a molecular level Covid 19 molecules are 50x smaller then the gaps left in the mask material. So this place is a joke and not only are they a joke but the people there are EXTREMELY uneducated and the the company should spend more time training there employees and setting realistic rules then the waste of time they got...

My husband and I went in to buy the new Hogwarts Legacy game and the manager came up and took it from us as we were looking at other things to give it to a customer that asked her for it. She gave no explanation face to face as to why this customer was allowed to be favored over us...until we called to ask for a manager. We asked about the policy and were told because the gentleman had asked her, he had priority, even though we had it in our possession. She didn't send us the policy and said to find it online. Nothing in their policy states that the customer who asked her at the counter should have been favored over us. It was humiliating, disrespectful, and unprofessional. We tried to return it SAME DAY and was also lied to about being offered a warranty, we were not offered a warranty. When we brought it back they refused to give us our money back. On top of that the service was extremely rude. Wouldn't expect that type of rude service from somewhere like a GAMESTOP. It was a lot of money just down the drain for them to not be a respectable and honorable business and treat their customers this way. Customer service hung up on me 3 times.
