I got my ears repierced here about 7 years ago after my piercings from walmart(got at 4) closed from infection because I was allergic to the nickel earrings. They sold me "pure titanium" earrings for $175, only to have another allergic reaction 4 months later because the "pure titanium" earring were actually nickel with a titanium top coat that had worn down as I wore the earrings. It took over a year for them to completely heal because the infection was so bad. I still haven't gotten my ears repierced but plan to do so soon. I would never recommend Claire's to ANYONE. It's better to go to a professional tattoo & piercing shop, and also much safer, especially because there isn't a good way to clean the piercing guns and they can cause serious damage because of the way they work. I went to Station Park with my daughters. They brought their money to spend on something. The cashier was unbelievably rude to my daughters. She accused them of stealing, saying they could never come back again. My oldest came to tell me and I went in to speak with the cashier. My daughter never left with anything from the store. She was comparing her own earring to one for sale, to make sure they matched before purchasing, and then got yelled at and kicked out, accused for stealing, which didn’t even happen in the first place. My daughter wanted to buy a pair of glasses, so she goes threw all of them finds the perfect pair! Price tag was $12.99 they rang up as $14.99 so she ended up paying $16.08 for some kid sunglasses! The girl said she couldn’t fix it and because my young daughter wanted them, I still allowed her to buy them, but I was very upset about this, I feel like they might do this, because they know kids are shopping here, and won’t care if it’s $2 or $3 more!
