Had a horrible experience at the Farmington Downeast today. Ordered online and items didn't fit, so I returned them to the store. They wouldn't allow me to return them even though I had the packing slip and 2 email confirmations with shipping info. They said I could not return the items because my credit card # was not on the packing slip or in the email, so it was against the law to issue a refund to my credit card. I see that as the company's own problem not mine, if they require this for returns, they should include it in the paperwork, at least the last 4 digits.The employees are less than helpful, rude and unwilling to help solve the problem. They kept blaming the company for everything, and telling me to call customer service. I left and went to the Bountiful store, they helped me right away and were awesome. They also mentioned that I could have mailed back the items with free shipping, this would have been helpful information that the Farmington store did not share with me. Natalia Gomez was the gal working & she was very rude and would not help with anything. She said since itâs been worn I canât exchange it and itâs store policy. I told her I understood store policy but I would like to speak to a manager because thatâs not right that the store wouldnât help fix this situation. She said you can call corporation. I again said, I would like to talk to your manager please. And she said I am the manager âright nowâ.    Read moreSeems like we all have the same customer service at this location. My sisters and I were dress shopping for my sisters wedding and Sheri started to help us. We put a dress on my sister and before we started to zip it up we noticed that the seam at the bottom of the zipper was torn. We zipped it up and then after we decided we loved the dress but asked Sheri about the seam and she accused us straight up and said "I saw you tear it. You did it when zipping it up and I said oh no dont do it." My sisters and I were appalled. She was extremely rude and totally ruined the good vibe of dress shopping. We wanted the dress and she said " I dont know what you want me to do. I dont have another one so..." Absolutely will not go to this location...
