I accidentally placed an online order to the wrong Fiiz(which would be this location)and immediately called to cancel the order. When they answered they just said "hello". I thought I'd dialed the wrong number so I apologized and hung up. I waited a few mins to call again and got the same answer so I had to ask, "is this Fizz?" The girl confirmed it was and I explained my dilemma. I apologized profusely for the mistake and at first the girl said, "well we've already made the drink." I said, " I know and I apologize but I won't be able to get it." She asks another coworker about it and proceeds to carry on a full conversation while still on the phone with me and at this point I have no idea whether she's talking to me, processing the return or what. Finally, I hear, "ok, we can cancel that and refund to your card." I thanked her, apologized again and hung up. I get that it's probably mostly teenagers working but they need to work on their customer service. Answer with the name of the business, listen to the customer and maybe tell them you'll put them on a brief hold while figuring out what can be done. Read moreI walked in today to get myself my usual drink, and luckily they weren’t busy, I was the only customer in there at the time and when I went up to order I asked for a 24 oz mega monster, the girl working the register had me pay and she told her coworker my order, they were talking amongst themselves and not even two minutes later, they call out 24 oz mega monster and I went up to grab my drink and didn’t think twice about checking if the drink was right as there were no customers. I didn’t have time to check on the way out as I was in a rush to get where I needed to be, when I tasted my drink it was not what I ordered, I looked at the sticker on my cup and it turned out that I got a completely different drink. Read moreI’ve been to this Fiiz multiple times and have never had an issue until today. I was appalled at everything I saw. The boy taking my order, Crew I’m assuming since everyone called him that was the biggest issue. He was throwing things at his coworker and calling her horrible names and doing absolutely nothing to help her. He instead was joking around with 2 other boys (customers) who I’m assuming were his friends. I waited for 15 minutes to even ORDER my drink because he was to busy messing around. Then waited another 15 minutes for my drink to be made when it was not even busy. Unless this issue is resolved I will never visit again. I’m honestly so disappointed and disgusted.
