The store seems fine with a solid selection. However… there is a bad apple in there.

The employee with glasses and curly red hair is rude. I walked in 5 min before closing to quickly check what trading cards they had… right as I go through the first set of glass doors I look over and he’s already visibly upset I’m there, “Come on!”. I went in and he answered my questions as quickly as possible to get me out of there. You could hear in his voice he just wanted me gone, he was so annoyed haha. I laughed this all off during the whole exchange, because it wasn’t a big deal… I was in there for 20-30 seconds, they didn’t have what I wanted. I’m not sure why that kid hates his job so much - IT’S A TOY STORE.

I had to leave a poor rating because that kid needs to be talked to. I’d hate to have someone with that poor attitude representing my business. Definitely lost me as a future customer, and I’m sure others have...

Been here dozens of times to look at dungeons and dragons dice behind the counter. Everytime I've been in staff has allowed us to go back and look at them. Today we went back to look at the dice, and asked the attendant if they had rearranged the dice section due to the limited supply, the attendant then berated me and my friend about being behind the counter (for reference, Everytime we've gone in the employees had no issue with us looking at the stock behind the counter, and even engaged with us to talk about it) after apologizing for going back there and acknowledging that it had never been a problem before, the employee was still very abrasive and passive aggressive, and didn't answer our question. Fantastic selection and variety of items you can’t easily find in other stores. Staff is very friendly and store is a lot of fun. They get a lower star rating purely on pricing, particularly on Legos. They are very expensive on some items! I saw Lego sets in there that were $40 or even $50 more than the same kits you could buy at Target a few miles away. (And this was on kits less than $300 so that’s quite a markup.) So buyer beware - very fun store but do your homework before you buy something because some of their prices border...
