Very poor customer experience the one time I walked in here to buy a gift for my lady friend! Hopefully it was just a rude “manager” (or supervisor) that was having a bad a day at the time I came in, and not a reflection of the way the leadership team wants this Farmington UTAH location to operate 😳 …

I’m definitely never stepping foot in that very expensive “boutique” (overpriced store) again.

Seems like they hire just a bunch of part-time ladies to chitchat and try to look cute - instead of helping you find what you’re looking for 🤷‍♂️

oh well, there are plenty of other more affordable women’s clothing stores with cute clothes at...

Super cute store and my mom and I love their stuff but there is one employee who is SO RUDE!!! She has been there for a couple of years now and we have only ever had negative experiences with her. Whether we are asking a question or just walking in the store, she seems beyond annoyed that we entered her space and makes sure we KNOW THAT. We have spent a lot of money here, but that’s clearly not good enough for her. Wish I knew her name so no one else thinks this is about them, because she is the ONLY problem... the other is employees are super kind. She wears glasses. Otherwise.....

I couldn’t recommend this place more! I hadn’t been clothes shopping for myself in years. I walked into a few other places without a clue what I wanted. Luckily I stumbled into this store. The ladies that work here basically did it all for me. Brooke (I might be wrong but I’m pretty sure that’s her name.) made my day! She picked out things for me I never would have thought to try and I ended up loving them! The service they provide is so worth a visit.
