Famous Footwear — Local services in Farmington

My wife and I have been shopping at famous footwear for years, we've never had any issues or poor service. 6/3/2020 my wife went in to shop for a present and was treated so rudely I decided to leave a review. I don't leave many negative reviews, but this is unacceptable. An employee we'll call Clarise had clearly had a bad day and took out her hate and vitriol on one after another clients until my wife's turn. My wife is a people whisperer, and attempted to sympathize with Clarise. Nope. I cannot explain how much this store sucks the lady that was there (ANGIE) accused me of stealing. She wanted to see my bag and then when I walked out put a SHOE BOX ON MY CAR AND TOOK A PICTURE IF THE LICENSE PLATE!!!!!! And she called the security guard. That is against the law. I had never been to this location and right when we walked in Genevieve welcomed us with a smile and told us where she would be if we needed help. Kurt was also working and he was very helpful in picking the shoes we needed. When we go to the counter Genevieve helped us sign up for the rewards program and got us the discount for signing up.
