So today, my husband and I had an appointment at 1:45pm. I came out 20 minutes before my time ended to tell the two workers, a male and female that I had no soap and I was in a towel. They told me they would go check, And I noticed it was taking quite some time so I peek over and they are cleaning another room chatting, then someone walked in and they started helping them instead of me as I’m standing in the hall in my towel still. They’re just small talking with the guy and helping him so after they help him I go to the front and ask the guy if they have any soap for me and he says sorry. No we don’t. I proceed to go back into my room and get my clothes on as I needed soap to wash off my body after using the sauna because my skin gets itchy. I come back out to talk to the guy and I let him know that I was unhappy with my experience. I told him I was more upset that neither of them came back to let me know and his reasoning well they were cleaning. I said to him that does not matter. Cold Plunge Tub - The cold plunge is spacious and is such a great way to reset your body and energize for the day. After the initial shock during the first minute your body adjusts with some nice controlled breathing. I got a good solid 5 minutes in and a few seconds fully submerged.
