Went online and ordered stuff for Christmas. I got some of my order delivered and so i called to see where the rest of my order was. The lady i spoke with told me that i wouldn't be getting the rest of my order because they were out of stock and preceeded to tell me that they sent me an e-mail letting me know. I never recieved said e-mail and i know they had the right e-mail because i recieved my confirmation e-mail from them. I will be taking everything back that i purchased and going somewhere else. They weren't interested in trying to fix the problem. All she could say was I'm sorry i will let them know that you didn't get the e-mail. REALLY!! This is my first time shopping here and it will be my last. This is one store i could careless...
Read moreI just want to say I’ve come into Tully’s plenty of times in the past and I can genuinely say that it’s some of the best shopping experiences I have ever gotten. I went in with my little sister who is 13 and in her awkward shy face and Kasey (one of the managers btw) really got her out her shelf and interacted with her when it came to picking back to school outfits. I’ve worked retail myself and it’s not and easy job when consistently busy during back to school season. Kasey had such a good and fun attitude! I was highly impressed and WORTH the drive (we live in Logan) and I look forward to my next shopping...
Read moreThis Farmington store has THE WORST customer service. Their floor employees are great but the Managers are not kind. I returned an online order tonights and the manager was very rude about it. I have also had problems with the male manager also, he is even worse. I have seen and heard them mistreat and disrespect their young employees and it seems like they would be terrible to work for. I spend a lot of money in this store and they seem put out over everything. I dread going into this store but it is the only one near me. I try to make most of my purchases online...
