Lovesac — Local services in Farmington

I purchased a LoveSac sectional from the Farmington, UT location three weeks ago and have been extremely disappointed with both the staff and the ordering process. We were not sent the shoe print and had to call the store after delivery to request it, only to find out they had no record of the configuration we had selected, making it difficult to re-create our sectional.

While assembling the couch, we discovered we were missing a cushion and a cover. We immediately contacted the store and spoke with the manager, who was kind and apologetic, but informed us that the store had made a mistake when ordering the pieces — and that we would be responsible for paying the additional cost.

We requested some form of compensation for the store’s error and the misquote we received, but were told there was nothing they could do. While I understand that mistakes can happen, I am extremely frustrated that at this price point, we have encountered multiple issues and are now expected to cover a significant unexpected fee due to the store’s error.

Update: The Farmington store Manager did reach back out and offer a 5% appeasement discount due to the errors that were made with ordering our cushion which would take care of the addition cushion cost. Thank you Molly! We really appreciate...

Great store, awesome employees, and wonderful product. ...pretty pricey though. We purchased a sectional sofa for our basement game room. I wanted something quite large that could be configured in different ways to accommodate the different ways we'd use our game room/home theater. We ended up purchasing a 9 seat sectional with 2 of the ottomans (11 in total). The quality of furniture is really awesome, but what makes it truly amazing is the modular nature of the sofa. I would say that if you aren't interested in the modular features and ability to configure this furniture in a million ways, then you can probably find less expensive furniture of the same quality. The employees at this store were very knowledgeable and helpful in figuring out exactly what I needed based on the measurements of my space and our desired use. They also gave us samples of fabric so we could get just the right color we wanted. We were then surprised with how quickly the sofa arrived at our home. One note to consider, these sofas come in a collection of boxes and assembly did take us a decent amount of time. I called the Station Park Store & Todd, the Manager picked up. I had a lot of questions after starting my shopping online. He was very patient, knowledgeable, & helpful throughout. We were on the phone for some time while he answered all my inquiries. He followed up with emailing me a revised sale quote & an appt offering. When I did go in Sean was there. He was also extremely helpful. When I mentioned the cost adding up with all the upgrades, he suggested prior floor model covers in the back to save me money. I took home some fabric samples & that sealed the deal! Ethan was also quick with helping me revise the order & finalize the transaction. The brief experience I had with the team at the Riverton location was a pleasant one as well. A gentlemen warmly greeted me from the beginning & was very attentive. Lorrie has an eye for design & helped me pick covers to match the other home samples I brought in.
