I had the pleasure of dining at Village Inn recently, and I cannot say enough great things about my experience, largely thanks to my amazing server, Ryann! From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with a warm smile and an infectious energy that set the tone for our meal.
Ryann was incredibly attentive, ensuring that our drinks were always full and that we had everything we needed throughout our visit. She was knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations that truly enhanced our dining experience. Her friendly demeanor and genuine care for her guests made us feel right at home.
Not only did she handle our orders flawlessly, but she also checked in on us at just the right times, making sure we were enjoying our meal without being intrusive. It’s clear that she takes pride in her work and values her customers.
If you’re looking for great food and even better service, I highly recommend visiting Village Inn and asking for Ryann! She is a true gem and made our experience unforgettable. Thank you, Ryann, for your outstanding service – we can’t wait to come back!
Ryann you’re an all star!!!🌟 Thanks for all you do!!! Many years of phenomenal service,...
Read moreFirst of all, something suspicious was floating in my drink and I had to return it. No big deal until... We Waited 20 mins just to be told the cook forgot to turn on the waffle iron. After another 15 mins was told waffle iron wasn't getting hot and that while the other 2 members of my party could start on they're food (which was ready), I had to wait while cook prepared french toast or pancakes. I didn't want either. I also didn't want to watch everyone else eat while I waited for cold sausage and hot pancakes. After such terrible service, we decided to leave. The server (Sheldon) had the nerve to try and make us feel guilty for waisting the food the cook had already prepared. He didn't offer a comp, discount, or even an apology. After trying to track down a corporate number to file a complaint, I learned the true name of the village Inns corporation is American Blue Ribbon Holdings. After repeated efforts in trying to contact them, I gave up realising they do not care at all about customer relations. No returned calls to my messages. Just know if you have a bad experience at this or any other village Inn, your issue won't be addressed, and you will be left...
Read moreTuesdays are Navajo Taco nights at Village Inn, which my family enjoys so we went. What we did NOT expect was sitting almost an hour while other customers not only were served their food but also return trips by the wait staff to refill drinks and serve desserts while we waited over 10 minutes to be seated (we were the only customers in line) sat at a table with a single glass of water each (one had to be replaced because it had "floaties" in it), our order taken and still no refills nor food 45 minutes later. We would normally not have sat that long had they not been the only place serving that particular fare. We finally had enough, cancelled our order and informed one of the other waitresses (who had become the cashier since she had no customers in her section to serve) that we were leaving and would not return due to the extremely lousy service we had received. That was the WORST treatment we have ever received; however, we were NOT the only customers who were ignored and who left...
