Generally I love Panda Express and was excited to have one open closer to my home. The recurring pattern I see in this particular store is that they keep running out of items and you have to wait, and they don't always tell you there's a problem. Last night I went in to get two plates and tried to order things that were in stock so I didn't have to wait. What I didn't know was they were already backed up on orders because of running out of items. By the time they got to mine, they used up what I had ordered on the backed up order, but said it would be a few minutes. I waited. When that item appeared, they sidelined my order with no explanation. After a couple of people went by me in the line, I asked what the problem was. They said a second item I had ordered was now also out and it would be 5 to 7 minutes. No one bothered to mention that. I asked them to replace that dish with something else. If I want to wait 20 minutes, I'll go to a sit down restaurant, and the prices will be about the same, thank you very much. I fell like this is a management problem that comes down to the training level. The kitchen can't keep up with the line, and the line isn't communicating with the customer. Come on guys, get that...

They asked if we were eating here or going home I said here and they gave me this plate which has half the amount of food as my friends “to go plate “, but when my friend got up he said he’d like his in a to go box not a plate and she rolled her eyes and they acted like he was asking a horribly weird request from them. Then they got annoyed and started treating us very badly and they didn’t listen to what appetizers we wanted and were just trying to get us out of there. When I restated “did you also get the ragoons” he said “well you didn’t say you wanted it and repeated the total” and I nicely said no I did ask sorry If I wasn’t loud enough. Continued to check us out and when I saw we didn’t get our cookies I asked kindly could we please get out fortune cookies and he rolled his eyes in my face I held out my hand and said thank you and he smacked them down into my hands not saying a single word. Read moreI am still here with my daughter. After waiting in line when my turn arruved the woman serving just walked away and started doing something else. There was no rush because I was the last in line at the moment. So the girl at the register when she saw me waiting there and keft hanging came to assist me (the younger one) BUT told me that two of the things I had irdered were being cooked, she was not too friendly either. I was told tge food was going to take around 4 minutes. While waiting 6 minutes hax passed, which is not the problem, the problem was "nobody" bothered to say "hey mam" the good is ready, I purposely waited to see what would happen...nothing. So at that point I asked if the food was ready. The younger girl without apologizing said, it just came out (which was NOT true) because I saw it when it came. They were not friendly AT ALL.
