My Review of Vibe Gastropub
If you're on the hunt for a vegan restaurant that delivers both flavor and a relaxing atmosphere, look no further than Vibe Gastropub. This gem truly excels at redefining plant-based dining while making every guest feel right at home.
First, let’s talk about their vegan cheeseburgers that I thoroughly enjoyed. It’s a true masterpiece of flavor! The patty is perfectly cooked, the vegan cheese is rich and melty, and the special sauce ties it all together with a tangy, savory kick that keeps you coming back for more. This is the kind of burger that even non-vegans will rave about simply unforgettable.
For dessert, you absolutely must try their gluten-free brownie. It’s moist, decadent, and so incredibly chocolatey that you’ll be amazed it’s both vegan and gluten-free. Pair it with a hot cup of coffee or tea, and you’ve got the perfect ending to a perfect meal.
The atmosphere at Vibe Gastropub is just as impressive as the food. The earthy tones, soft lighting, and beautifully designed space create a soothing environment that feels cozy and rejuvenating. Whether you’re catching up with friends or savoring a solo meal, the ambiance invites you to stay and relax.
What makes this place even more special is the welcoming and engaging team. The chef’s passion for crafting exceptional dishes is evident in every bite, and the host’s warm hospitality instantly makes you feel like part of the family. Their attentiveness and genuine friendliness elevate the dining experience to something truly memorable.
Vibe Gastropub is a shining example of how vegan dining can be delicious, inclusive, and satisfying. I can’t wait to visit again and explore even more of their incredible menu!

The studious, calm interior is clean & calming. The owner; Amerly Edge is a highly energetic & fun human, enthusiastic about health. She also organizes events within the community to help artists express themselves! Last night, I attended an open mic here where musicians were able to try out original songs. I feel an excitement in the air, like our generation is making waves & facilitating positive change!
Today, I am trying out the house made Veggie Burger with cheese & herbed potatoes. To drink; Lemonade with berries & the Morning Glory House juice of the day!
Yesterday, I tried the Tacos with Potatoes, Kale salad & Sauvignon Blanc. They were deliciously filling and healthy. The melted cheddar tastes even better than the daury version & I love it!
Vibe is conveniently located in the heart of downtown & walking distance to the movie theatre, library, bookstores, crystal shops, a record store, a tattoo shop & historic landmarks!
The Morning Glory veggie juice is nourishing, deliciously light & guilt free. This juice hits differently, and "it's the love". The Burger has a hearty taste to it & is loaded with supergreen mix of lettuce, tomato, pickles & onions.
The Tripple berry lemonade is carbonated and fruity, better than most mocktails. Definitely grab a drink here with your meal because they are elevated & an affordable add-on. Tastes like a healthier Shirley Temple.
The Vibes here are elevating & the nourishing food will leave you feeling like your...
Read moreLOVED the cheeseburger and potatoes! The decor is in the name: a VIBE! The dark paint doesn’t weigh down the esthetic at all with the natural light coming in, plants everywhere, and mirrors at each table. The tables are set minimally so there’s plenty of space for catching up with friends/colleagues while eating. We were promptly greeted and told how things work, which was such a warm welcome, and the music was at a perfect level for sitting in silence, or having a conversation over.
The only negative really was the condiments- when ordering the potatoes, I was asked if I wanted ketchup or ranch, which how it was presented, sounded as if one sauce came with it, but I was charged. I also asked for a few drops of hot sauce for the potatoes, even mentioning a bottle for a few drops, and was also charged for that. I literally use a small sprinkling, so $2 total for sauce. The ranch was delicious, don’t get me wrong! It was just not presented in the most honest light, IMO.
Overall, I’ll be back, because it’s dinner time and I wish I had that burger on its soft yet firm bun packed with crispy fresh vegetables on top right now! And vegan cheese WHO?! 🤤 adding this place to my downtown list...
