I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding an incident that occurred during my visit to your store today. This was only my second time shopping at your location, and while I have always appreciated the quality of your clothing and the great deals, the treatment I received today has left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer.

While I was shopping, my daughter was looking at the makeup display. A staff member approached her and instructed her to put back the item she was holding. When my daughter expressed interest in purchasing the item, I politely asked the staff member if the makeup was for sale. Her response was not only condescending but also unnecessarily rude: “Everything in this shop is for sale, nothing is free.” I explained that I was fully aware of this, as I had come to the store to shop, not to take anything for free.

The situation escalated when the staff member accused my daughter of potentially stealing the makeup and told me to “control” her, even though my daughter was simply looking at an item she wanted to buy. The staff member further emphasized that the store had cameras monitoring everything, implying that we were under suspicion. Her tone was hostile, and she made no effort to apologize or de-escalate the situation. Instead, she told me I could leave if I wanted to.

Despite this deeply uncomfortable and discriminatory experience, I proceeded to purchase the jacket I had selected before leaving the store. While I admire your clothing and the value you offer, I cannot support a business where I and my family are treated with such disrespect and suspicion.

This store is full of mean people. My mom went to this store by foot keep in mind she does not drive. And they had the audacity to think she was homeless by her appearance without even asking, they didn’t open the doors for her nor tell her it was closed or anything. She waited for an hour thinking they would sooner or later open and they never did. They were inside staring at her knowing how cold it was outside and didn’t say a word to her. This store is the worst. When I went there with my family they immediately assumed my sister was stealing and told her to put the blush down and when my mom asked if the blush was on sale the lady at the counter said yes but it wasn’t for free and then she went on to accuse my sister of shop lifting.
