Read moreWhat a disappointing establishment. The times I've been there the place is fairly empty; following is probably only one of the reasons why.
There is a weekly trivia event that is held here. After my group showed up (traveling from Tacoma, Auburn, etc.) and ordered beers, the staff then told us they are cancelling trivia due to insufficient attendance. I guess five people don't count. We offered to split up our team, drink beer, just see the questions and play amongst ourselves, inquired if they had trivial pursuit, etc. No to all. We decided to leave to head to another trivia event elsewhere that was about to start, and the staff was not prompt (10 minutes) in cashing us out for our three beers.
I get it: It doesn't make financial sense for the owner to pay for trivia when only five people are participating total. However, there was no "five or less = no trivia" disclaimer on Scoreboard's Facebook page or the trivia website, or over the phone when we called ahead that evening.
This is not about five nerds who don't get to play trivia. It's about an establishment publishing an event but not outlining the parameters of cancellation, and then doing nothing to accommodate paying customers that were affected by their last minute cancellation.
If the owner/management see this and feels I've missed something, please...

Their breakfast burrito with a side of guac is the bomb! The chef (Agustin) can be very flexible on the menu items. For instance, I got the Meat Lovers Scramble in a burrito version instead. Oh, and speaking of guacamole... It is LEGIT! Avocado, salt, lime. Nothing else needed! Just awesome! Mimosas, are real too, no joke. You will definitely feel more relaxed after the first one. Shelly our waitress was helpful with the menu and our food/drinks, but most of all, she was super fun to talk to! We are definitely...
