HatStop — Local services in Federal Way

I purchased a gift for xmas at the mall location and returned due to wrong size. The store had no hats for any of the Seattle teams in the required size (7-1/4). They only offer store credit for returns. Website didn't have any hats in the needed size either. Even reached out about ordering a hat all to be told they don't offer ordering given the large minimum number of hats they must order. I spent 4 months checking their website waiting for a hat to come back in-stock for the needed size. This business has terrible customer service and why offer only a gift card for a return if the store can't keep their shelves/website stocked with hats larger than a 6-7/8. Also, the website is outdated and not user friendly. Honestly, I was afraid they might go out of business before I could use...

I've been going to HatStop for years and they ALWAYS have everything that I need. If you ever need anything, they'll make sure they have ordered enough so the product will be available to you. I like how they inform you on their Instagram page and their website which hats will be dropping for that weekend. The staff has always been great and answers any questions that I have. I stopped by last month because my grandson had this school presentation where he needed a very specific kind of hat, something like an old timey newsboy cap, he said (I had to Google that) I honestly didn’t expect to find anything, but this little shop surprised me. They had all sorts of styles, the woman working there let me show a picture from my grandson’s teacher. She found a perfect match.
