It took about 40 minutes to get my order of just two very simple drinks each of the three times I've given this location a chance. The last time I was there, only one person was in front of me ordering one drink and it still took 40 minutes for them to get the order out. Whatever system they are using is inefficient and the owner of this location should pay better attention to fix this. To add to the frustration, the first two times we ordered from here there were plenty of workers but still no drinks were coming off at a consistent rate. The drinks taste fine, but no boba spot is worth spending nearly an hour to get your drinks from; customer service is an equal part of the equation. Unsanitary and rude! Two employees were playing with their hair multiple times while making our waffles and drink. I asked them to please remake the waffles and wash their hands and only the girl making the waffles washed her hands. (The girl who made our drink did not) The other girl just looked at me. This gal and another employee were standing there and I asked if they heard me ask to wash their hands and he said "I gave you a nod" and the other girl stood silent. The male employee then came to take over the waffle machines wearing a dirty t-shirt and sweatpants with crocs. After going to the location in Tukwila and trying the Ube drinks (A10 & A11), which were life changing, I was excited to find this location closer to my home. However, I've been sorely disappointed ordering here. The 1st time in tried to order via DoorDash, they ran out of taro balls and were trying NOT to let me cancel my order. The second time, they ran out of taro balls again and didn't tell me until after I stood there waiting for my order to be done for 15 minutes and I approached them once I saw the 3 parties after me get their orders.
