Extremely disappointed I’ve gotten most of my jewelry here before however this time around I was promised to come back as one of the necklace that I bought from the owner broke twice and he personally fixed it twice back in 2022 he told me to come back after December he said after the 16th of January to get a different one I asked how much that would be he said not but under $200 I asked him to remember that and he said he would. Well today he wanted to charge me over $400 for the new chain when he clearly told me that he was going to switch it and the most I would be paying would be under $200 he also charged me $325 for the original chain that he told me today was worth less than $200 the lady that was with him said they sell used jewelry that's why the original chain is worth that much. BEWARE!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! THEY SELL FAKE JEWELRY AND LIE ABOUT IT!! If I could give this place ZERO stars I would! This place ripped off my brother! My brother bought a necklace from here. He asked over and over if this was real gold because his wife is allergic to fake jewelry. They assured him it was real but he had it tested at another jewelers store and it tested fake. He went back to get his money back and return the necklace and they refuse to give him back all his money. They said they would only give him 70% of his money and he could get something else. This store is owned by a couple the husband is rude and disrespectful and doesn’t seem like they want to sale jewelry. Example: I go in the store ask a couple questions about a pendant and sale that they had a sign up for. He tells me if I don’t like it don’t buy it smh all because I ask if the pendant was apart of sale then was very dismissive as soon as another customer came into the store mind you I’ve spent money here before.
