Never gave me online access to my account, blew my phone up the DAY my payments were due, and due to an unfortunate act of nature and my job being closed down, and having multiple surgeries and being off work, they wouldn't work with me on my payments even though the benefits that you pay extra for will help you if you lose your job. When i offered to make half of the payment because it was all i had, they told me it wasn't enough and then the next week when an amount was said that i would be paying the next week.. they then texted me and told me it would be double!!! I have no problem paying my bill.. if the damn place was consistent and not borderline harassing the DAY your payment is due!! THEN.. to top it all off... the other day an employee from this location came to my home and decided it was okay to act in an intimidating demeanor towards my husband and threatening the police in front of my 3&4 year old sons who just so happen to be severely autistic!! You Have a bad week and call to start paying back and they Don't have the capabilities (so they say) to take care of the past due without trying to rob you blind with weekly late fees. I told Tommy I wanted to make current payment and a portion of what is past due. He wanted me to pay weekly late fees and over and above what I could pay. I informed Tommy I knew I would have to pay late fees for my late payment, not my current payment. He refused my payment and didn't hesitate to give my numbers and names to call for my grievance. Half tempted to have them come get thier products and say farewell. I have dealt with the Festus location so many times in the past I just can't believe this Fentons location...
