Both touch screen ticket machines are broken says to get tickets from the ticket area where magically no workers can found at that booth. A staff member walking by said go to concessions for tickets... So we go to the concession line and grow old waiting on the one worker that was there working the register. We ask to buy tickets he was confused he said we have to get them "next door" at the ticket counter! I told him the ticket counter is empty no employees and the one lady told me to stand in this line for tickets. He calls a manager who says he's sorry he can't sell me tickets here I'll have to go to the next register over at the end of the concession stand and get tickets?!? Ok let's walk over there and get the show on the road my autistic child is nearing a meltdown at this point bc the normal walk in buy tickets soda get your seat routine that normally happens at any other theater just wasn't happening here. Then the manager says his card reader is down cash only, "sighs" I give a $100 bill and was told they can't change that not even with the purchase of 3 movie tickets and two large $7 each sodas ?!?! Full meltdown happens. What do you mean you can't change this? Is this a scheme for getting customers to buy a bunch of overpriced movie snacks? Says it's policy they only have enough $ on hand for change for a twenty? What on Earth twilight zone have I walked into - I said what if I just buy my ticket in the app on the phone and you comp my daughter a soda for this horrible experience and let her get to her seat so she can calm down and watch the show? He says oh yeah you can buy in the app and we'll just scan your e-ticket for entry but cannot comp a soda? Really? So you can't take a card you can't take a $100 bill and you can't comp a child a drink? Never going back don't...
Read moreI use Gravois Bluffs a lot! It is usually clean (I always see the cleaning crew working hard). The grounds and landscaping are well kept (this is important). I enjoy the types of shops we have there. It is very convenient. I gave it 3 stars for the simple reason that overall I would love to see better fast casual options for food. I would like to see a Crazy Bowls and Wraps, a Noodles and Company, something of that nature. Because all we have in terms of fast casual is McAllister's and Q-Doba. While they aren't terrible - I can't get out of McAllister's for less than almost 50 bucks when our family of 4 eat there. I'm talking salads and sandwiches folks! Q-Doba while I enjoy it occasionally, they have a fairly limited menu. But that's it - and that's all we've had up there for years! Maybe a Trader Joe's might be nice too for groceries! I am thankful for the Smoothie King and the Yiro Gyro. Yiro Gyro is new for us and definitely qualifies as a fast casual - so there is...
Read moreI'm obsessed with Ulta!! I do go in for the complimentary samples to try before I buy it. If I don't like it then I get rid of the sample and don't use that product or if I like it I go and buy a big size of it. I buy my make up, hair, nail, bath, facial, etc there. The manager up there with the short dark hair is very rude. I may not come in looking perfect and get a sample but spent $50. Then I went to South County and was treated amazingly. I love it at the South County location. They are helpful to every person no matter how you come in looking, even if you just came from the gym, they treat you with respect. The Gravois Bluffs location is horrible. I won't go back there. I'll go back for Five Below, Target, TJ Maxx,...
