If i could give this place a zero i would..Went there today and they were out of steak for the steak n cheese ..there was one person behind the counter and she had about 4 ppl in line ..i asked where her help was and was told the manager was taking a smoke break ..SHE WAS OUTSIDE FOR ALMOST AN HOUR . i let her know that i wanted a steak n cheese and asked could we get a discount for the inconvenience..and was told no..then i asked for coporates number and was told that they dont have a corporste store ! Then i asked for the DISTRICT MANAGERS number and was told she couldn't give out that info.First of all i am a manager and i know that when a customer complains the shift leader is supposed to give the DMS number ..instead she was very rude ..NEVER APOLOGIZED FOR THE INCONVENIENCE..and continued to stand as if she did nothing wrong...i will be visiting again to find a STORE MANAGER to report this too..DO NOT EAT HERE EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE AND NASTY ..ALSO CONDIMENTS WERE SITTING OUT ALL DAY AND HAD NOT BEEN REPLACED THROUGHOUT THE DAY AND LOOKED OLD ..after i speak to a manager will not be...
Read moreAwful - I arrived four minutes to close and the door was locked. Because I continued to stand at the window looking at the two young female employees, one comes over and unlocks the door. She asks if she can help me; I said I just need one sandwich. She says we close in two minutes and they already put the meat and toppings away. I’m pretty sure that and locking the door means you are already closed. I ask for the managers information so I can speak with them, and she informs me that her manager doesn’t want her personal number given out. I said I understood, I can contact her here at the Subway store. The employee tells me she doesn’t know he number, and that their phone doesn’t work anyway. Shameful. I was ordering while asking my daughter questions I changed my bread choice first I had asked if I can get chicken without bread and was told it can't be rung up so I chose white them fumble with my bread selection and could see her frustration so I apologize and said my head was elsewhere! Then her co worker got frustrated my daughter tried to reach for her own cup they seemed to be upset she asked me a lot of questions. I turned to the drink machine and could see the other lady give a face to a customer about something my daughter said to me.
