I think I owe it to Louisiana Crawfish to say this. About 2 years ago, this company was bought out by the owners presently running it. The old owners did not know anything about running a business, and left many people without the crawfish they ordered, including us on several occasions. The new owners are hard working, honest, and really trying to make a good name for themselves. They have really turned this business around and could really use the community's help and making it something really special. Please give them a try! The new owners are so nice and willing to go above and beyond to make sure you get not only what you want, but also the quality you deserve.

Read moreCalled down on Sunday morning the 2nd of May. Young lady said "Yes. We open at 11:00. Naw, you don't need to place an order. We'll have enough crawfish." By 11:10 I was in line. I picked up about 50 bucks in sausage from the refrigerator while I was in line. By 11:15 a.m. I was told no more crawfish. I was just a little confused. So I asked what happened. "You know, I called and asked if I could place an order." A mature woman with a little spice to her got up in my face. "I'm the owner, don't start with me. I'm having a day here." So. I put the sausage back in the refrigerator. I called up Cubs and they said while they didn't take orders, the young lady pretty much guaranteed they would have some bugs for me. Sure enough, not only did I drop a hundred bucks on crawfish at Cubs, they thanked me and made me feel welcome. Cubs is a friendly environment with folks who will respect you as a patron. Read moreStopped by Saturday to get lunch. Was told we’d have to wait 15 min for the next batch. No problem. As time got shorter the parking lot started to fill so we went inside to get in line. Line went quick. Phone was ringing off the hook and the girl was telling folks they’d be out of crawfish a couple hours before the closing time. So plan accordingly. Crawfish varied in size from small to large, boil had a good flavor and was a bit spicy 👍🏼. Problem we had, is the crawfish 🦞 were overcooked and were much harder to peel then they should have been. For small batch boiled crawfish I’d expect a better product.
