My family and I just moved to the area last month and have come in here twice and both times had amazing experiences. The owner (I’m assuming, not sure) gave my son a free train the first time while we were all inside and today my fiancée picked up baby sunscreen and while the kids were in the car with me he still was so sweet and sent Dad out with a little necklace, even when he wasn’t present for the purchase. It’s not even about the free stuff but the way they’ve gone above and beyond both times just out of the kindness of their hearts is amazing. This is the only souvenir shop that I will go to in Flagler! Go see them! My daughter got some shark shoes that the fin had fallen out and she informed them after I said not too 😐 but they exchanged them. The owner said “the only thing that matters is the kids happiness”. They love kids and they get presents anytime you go in. They love locals and tourists. I will always go in and see them when we come down....

Terrific owners and employees!! We went in there as a first time guest and they treated us like family they gave my daughter a little gift and told her if she brought back one of her drawings they would give her a bigger gift. Well she dropped off her drawing today finally after some time she said she wasn’t worried about a bigger gift on our way there she just wanted them to have her drawing she drew for them and they stuck to their word and gave her a great big beach bag that they made in store for her awesome people.
