Staples — Local services in Flagstaff

I use Staples over their competitors in this area due to their excellent customer service. There is one thing, however, I will never buy there again....headphones. I am hearing impaired, and, require headphones in order to use the phone, hear TV, etc. I have bought several pair there; and, each time, I have had to return them for another set. The selection is limited, and the quality is poor. I am getting ready to return yet another pair, that I bought yesterday, because they don't work properly. I think I'll probably have better luck with Walmart. I've never had a problem with other merchandise there, just the headphones. I've had other people check them to make sure it's not just me. It's not. I'm not sure why the headphones are always such poor quality; but, I'm tired of having to make 2 or 3 trips to finally find a set that work. It's amazing something so simple seems to be so difficult to get there. Otherwise, I have no problems...

On May 06, 2025 i got some business cards made by the print department, and got my flash drives stolen. I gave the employee my 2 sandisk type c-usb (512gb) flash drives on a landyard, and he says these are pretty nice flash drives. But never got them back after. I kimd of forgot about it, so the next day I went back and they said they will look through all the ones they had. There were atleast 30-40 unclaimed flash drives but it wasnt there. I kept calling everyday for 2 weeks after that, and asked if they found them, and they just hung up on me everytime I explain what my flash drives looked like. Assuming it was employee #3037650 i got the receipt from this same person, he was the only one at the print dept....

I was in the Flagstaff store again on the 21st of August 2025 and had yet another wonderful and pleasant experience from wanting to recycle an old printer and desktop computer to purchasing a new office chair. First of all I want to thank Staples for giving the consumer a place to recycle SO many different items!

I also purchased a new office chair and Antonio was so knowledgeable about every chair that the store has. He was a tremendous help from the minute I met him through the end of the encounter when he put the chair in my car.

I have never had a bad experience in this store and will always recommend it and will always look forward to...
