It was not a good experience, but I'm giving 2 stars for the guy who helped my husband after we went back to the restaurant. We ordered curbside pickup through the app. One of their family specials. We set a pickup time that was about 40min from the order time. We show up on time, sit in our car for 10 minutes right outside the door. There was another car sitting outside when we arrived who knows how long they were waiting before we pulled up, but the woman finally got out and went into the restaurant. She then walked out with her order. So my husband decided to walk into the store. The girl at the counter said they didn't have enough people to bring orders out.. there were SIX people inside the restaurant, and no customers inside. There were no signs outside saying that inside pickup was all that was available either. She then pulls our order out from UNDER THE COUNTER. When my husband brings the order out it's cold. Definitely sitting there way longer than even the 10 minutes we waited for them. We then start to pull away and I check the order, they didn't even give us the whole order! So we turn around and my husband goes back into the restaurant to get our missing items and the receipt the girl at the counter never even offered him and just threw away. While my husband waits for the receipt, the girl starts DIGGING THROUGH THE TRASH for it. Finally some guy comes up and gives my husband the missing items and reprints the receipt... Terrible experience. This is not a place I would go for for customer service. I only go because they have non dairy cheese, but after this experience I'm probably not even going to bother with...
Read moreI hate leaving negative reviews, but I honestly can’t believe our terrible our experience was here last night. We ordered online around 6:30 last night and it said the order was to be ready at 7:20 and so we arrived early at 7:15. They then told us they hadn’t even started our order and so we waited for about 20 minutes and we asked on the status of our order. They told us it was about to come out, then it didn’t come out nor was it even close to coming out. Eventually, Travis did his best to make it up to us (apologized, gave a full refund and explanation). He was great and seemed like he was working 4 different stations at once. Then we finally get our order and one of them is burnt and it didn’t have our brownies. So my girlfriend takes the rest home while I wait for the remake of our last pizza. Ended up not leaving until almost 8:30 with the last pizza (over an hour past when our order was supposed to be done). Again, Travis was extremely apologetic and almost salvaged our experience until I checked my bank account this morning. I was issued a full refund, but I was also charged for the entire meal again after the refund. I don’t know how this happened and we have a receipt for the whole refund but we were charged again so now we have to go back again to try to get our refund back. If anybody got a refund here last night or anytime recently make sure to check if you ACTUALLY got a refund. Also, never order online here as we were not the only ones waiting far past the time it was supposed...
Read moreWorst customer service, ever! So disappointing because they used to be really good. The owner was not present today, and it was obvious. Was spoken to, by the girl who was appointed to be in charge today, in a very condescending manner. I asked her if the salad had ranch dressing included & she replied with, "it's a Greek salad, so it's Greek dressing." a simple, "no," would've sufficed. When I asked her for a side of ranch instead, she said, "it's $1.00!" To my surprise, I asked her when they started charging for a side of ranch (bc I have never paid this in the past), and her reply was, "last week, or, we've always done this! So, do you want it or not?!?" I responded by telling her that I didn't appreciate her attitude and tone of voice. She then walked away to the back of the kitchen and never came out. I realized she charged me (mind you,, I am 9 Mos pregnant w/2 little kiddos in tow) for a Sangria!! I then waited for close to 10 mins for another employee to return to the check out counter to help me. The person gave me a refund, which I appreciate, but the other "manager in charge for the day" never came back to address her mistake. Bad Customer Service. By this point, after all the waiting, our pizza was served to usn cold. Definitely do not recommended & needless to say, we will never return.
