Ralbertos Mexican Food — Restaurant in Flagstaff

RUDE and NASTY ! I walked in with my disabled Mother in a wheelchair only to be greeted by a drunk who was cavorting with the cashier/waitress~ He immediately invaded my space with unwanted gibberish and the waitstaff just laughed and said "that's funny". I asked if i could bring the cart i had in while we waited for our ride and ate. I was met with a grimace look and bad attitude from the little mexican gal as she cringed her nose and said there was no room. I reminded her, there was nobody in there except the drunk. She began walking away acting "As IF" to complain tho the back. We walked out vowing NEVER to come again. PS it stunk to high heaven in there too. If people cannot treat people with disabilities with some honor it sets me off. I was not demanding she do it, merely asking. She could of politely said No.

I went in there to order some Food since I saw a few good reviews. However, the guy at the register was super unfriendly from the start and service took forever. When I got my food, they gave me 2 small salsas and when I asked for 2 extra he said no because there were two in there already But i said please can I get two more, he gave me an attitude rolled his eyes walked to the back and only came back with one. Then another lady was picking up and order and he asked her is she wanted extra salsa he would happily give her more. Did it just to piss me off. You don’t treat people like that for something so simple. I had even left a tip after I placed my order, regretted...

Went to this place, the people are nice but the food was another story. I ordered the number 3 special Carne asada burrito with rice and beans and a drink. When I opened up my plate I was shocked it was so tiny. The burrito was full of pico de Gallo, hardly any meat! All I tasted was salt, tortilla and pico! Gross! Beans were salty as hell! Rice tasted a day old. My bf ordered the beef chimichanga plate and that was OK, not to bad but still the meat was gross. Idk The only thing that was okay was the red salsa!
