🚨 Important Note on Returns: The only thing that might put some people off is their $9.95 return policy. While I don’t know all the details, I highly recommend checking items before leaving the store—especially expensive purchases. I doubt the staff would have an issue with you testing an electronic item before buying.

Boy am I disappointed and more. My first time there and the item doesn’t work. I don’t know about anyone else but I don’t have money to throw away. I used different methods to charge with the usb provided and it’s yet to come on.

Don’t get me wrong they do have a lot of other things. Some name brand and some no name. So of course go check them out yourself.

Unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be going back and if I do I can promise you I will not purchase anything that’s electronic. Yea I’m aware of the $9.95 purchase a return policy after the fact. This was my third time here but first time purchasing anything. I actually didn’t purchase all of what I wanted to because of their return policy. They do offer to plug items in but that doesn’t mean I know it will work to my liking. Everyone knows many of their products come from Amazon returns and other retailers. For that reason alone, returns should be permitted even if the time was reduced to 7 days vs your standard 30, 60, 90 day return policies at large retailers. They should stand by their products and their customer’s satisfaction. I would rather pay more from a retailer knowing I have more flexibility with returns...
