Use to be a loyal customer, but around tax season we had bought TVs and let them know we would no longer need the one we were renting from them. We set up a time for the TV to be picked up. Well, the day came for it to be picked up, and that night around 6 the store manager is the who came to pick up the TV, said he had been short on drivers. A couple of months pass and my husband realized we had still been paying on the TV with another item we were purchasing from them, and when he brought it up they tried to say they donât remember picking up the TV, when they in fact did. We have always returned anything we no longer wanted, and fully paid off several things, we have never given them any problem, but this is just ridiculous. They picked up the TV end up February/ beginning March, and they were still trying to say we owed on it when they got it months ago! Now, theyâre saying they wonât charge us for it. I thought I would get the floor model that was expected with a little wear and tear on it, that would have been fine, instead we received brand new merchandise! This is the seventh item I have purchased from them and I will keep coming back. They always provide quality customer service and treat my family and I with respect. Great shopping experience as long as you keep your end and pay your bills on time. Anybody will come looking for you if you owe them money so honor your commitments. Luckily this time, I asked others around me if it would be okay if I were to put my phone on speaker while I was filling out quick paperwork. He can deny his behavior all he wants but others witnessed it this time. He contradicts what he says and when asked for clarification he starts having an argumentative conversation.
