I wish I could give zero stars..

Can't believe how awful my family was treated after spending well over $300 (between my MIL and SIN) at FLORENCE LOCATION. We hadn't even loaded our bags into the car when we realized an item was rang up twice, $15, so when we walked directly back in to notify a manager we were treated like criminals!! The women that rang us up acted like she didn't even remember us, even though we were literally just in there!! They refused to give us a refund on the doubled charged item, and then we were told to leave the store. Horrible management!! Wouldn't even provide us with corporate phone number...and when we requested to speak with the manager that was at the front when we cashed out( which would have resolved everything because she's the one that accidently doubled scanned the item, while putting a new price tag on it) we were told NO....

Also right at eye level with my 3 year old, at the cashier station are tons of THC gummy candies.. my daughter actually grabbed a pack and asked if I would buy her that candy??? Why is this type of item at eye level of small children, NOT locked up?? We will definitely not be returning...

Its really unfortunate, because as a store it really is awesome as far as prices... But the staff at this location, especially this manager, completely ruined...

Manager Jessica is very rude & unprofessional! I recently purchased 4 matching pajamas. 2 fit 2 didn’t, I tried to return the other two that didn’t fit, and she tried to accuse us of having the wrong tags and switching the stickers, asking us what we did with the other tags.. (all the pjs had was a sticker no actual tags) she wrongly accused of basically stealing due to when she tried scanning them they didn’t ring up . I tried to ask her then how did the cashier charge me for them and she said “i don’t know i wasn’t part of this” I also asked for the manager and she told me “i am the manager” very rude and not providing any help and not giving me a refund! I went home looked at the receipt and at all the pjs I had bought it turned out that the cashier ringed out one set of pajamas 4 times instead of each one individually so when she tried to scan the ones that i wanted to return they didn’t show up. I had to come back a second time when someone else was in duty in order for me to be helped which was very...

This has to be the filthiest store I have ever been in. In addition, we saw a large water bug or roach run across the section of where the food/pop is located. When it was discreetly mentioned to a short, thin, blond associate, she made it out to sound like we were seeing things. The store was totally disorganized. I found women and children's clothing in the men's department and not just a random discarded piece from a customer. The prices at this store has almost doubled since last here with some hoodies at a whopping $39.99. I might as well go shopping at Macy's. At least you know that place is clean. Additionally, they use a marker to mark out the writing on the tag/hoodie. Directly on the piece of clothing in some cases. This store was one of the worst experiences in a retail or discount store ever. We finally left our carts and left. We will not be returning anytime in the near future to what was once one of my favorite, fun places to shop. I gave it a one star because this was the least I could...
