Kohl's — Local services in Florence

Very dissatisfied. My wife and I were shopping for 3 of our grandchildren who recently were removed from their mothers home by DHR and placed with their dad who had been trying to get custody for some time. Long story short their mother refused to let them have any of their belongings. My wife's sister gave her her KOHLS charge card to go 200 miles to where they live to get them clothes to wear. After two painstaking hours of picking out clothes for each of them, ages 4, 8 and 13 we went to check out. The cashier started out very rude and after ringing up the purchase she informed us that my wife was not an authorized user and that we would have to use another form of payment. We called her sister and she was able to add her to the account later in the day. We were finally were able to return to complete the purchase as planned. However after having been treated so badly by not only the cashier but by several other employees at the store, this will be the last time I will ever consider shopping at at any...

Awesome cashiers that help u find deals on your phone (or theirs), will quickly tell you what discounts you can use together or what combinations will get you a bigger discount, very knowledgeable & quick! I can always find sales here on something my family is wanting...lately have purchased bedding sets here because of the quality, the specific pieces included, & of course because of the discounts provided! Great men's clothing, descent selection of men's shoes, huge selection of button up shirts & all sizes, cuts, & shades of jeans for men; all my sons wear men's sizes and always wanna go to Kohl's when we shop!
