Generous given the recent experience...The store was fantastic about the actual pickup order, but the reason for it was horrendous example of crappy customer service. I needed a pair of black pants for my son, came in and found them....but couldn't find pricing. Looking at the online store I was able to find that they were half off ....great, let's do this. Took them to flthe front counter and they were not half off in store.....and the online pricing would not be honored. So instead of making it easy for the customer, I had to place an online order to pick up at the store I was already standing in with the pair of pants I wanted to get the best pricing. Saying they would be ready to pick up in an hour when I literally had them in hand was ludicrous. So, I had to go 'waste' time waiting for the estimated pickup...when it came and went without notification I went back to the store as my limited time was about up and the store kindly got the same pants I had in hand 75 minutes prior for me to take home and save $15. I tried to use a coupon that was emailed to me and when it would not go through on my $75+ order the sales associate called the manager to the front. The manager took one look and said in a rude manner "It's no good." I asked what she meant and she responded, "It's just no good." No explanation, nothing! The sales assocaite and I looked at the small print on the coupon and there was NO reason why the coupon should not have worked! She was absolutely the rudest person I have ever met and I promptly told her that I do not understand why I would receive a coupon in an email if it was “no good”. The girls at the register were slow, maybe because they were too busy gossiping about other employees, or maybe because the one chewing her blue gum and blowing bubbles every 5 seconds didn't have the common sense she was born with.Honestly, It was so disgusting watching her tongue with blue gum on it coming out of her mouth every 5 seconds. All of us waiting in line were subjected to this spectacle. It took her 15 minutes to wait on 1 customer,and3 other people commented on the gum chewing.
