KFC — Restaurant in Florence

Had a horrible experience!

They wanted to charge me $23 dollars for a 3 piece chicken box with 2 sides and a chicken little.. the menu shows the box is $10! The manager then tells me it’s $12 or $13 and the chicken little was like 2.40 or something tell me how 13+$3 equal 23???? Lolol on top of this I had them modify the order because that is ridiculous then I receive 3 chicken legs and 1 chicken little for $13 like seriously 🤣😂 so pretty much the sides was gonna cost me $10 🤣😂 the cashier had no idea laughing with another girl likes it’s common sense!!! Me and my girlfriend felt like getting chicken after a good night of bowling. We decided on kfc and ordered our food through the drive thru at 9:00. They told us to pull around in front and wait and they would bring out our order which we were perfectly ok with. We ordered a famous bowl and 3 piece chicken. After 20 min Someone came outside and asked the people waiting who got the popcorn chicken. We told her we didn’t order it so didn’t think anything of it. After about another 30 min 3 or 4 employees came outside and we watched them smoke still with no food. Roughly 10 min later we got fed up and drove through the drive thru again to see what was going on. When my girlfriend asked what happens to our food the worker told us I remember we took it outside they asked who got the popcorn chicken. Worst experience I've ever had in my 30 years of life very very unprofessional staff I went to the drive-thru my order was wrong so I tried to go inside and talk to somebody about it front door is locked so I had to go back through the drive-thru I tried to tell the girl that my order was wrong she told me to pull up to the window when I pulled up to the window she said what is wrong with your food I told her it is not what I ordered and I gave her the receipt I told her you rang it in wrong she tried to argue with me about my order she told me I was stupid and didn't know what I was talking about and I was a POS and I needed to get out of her line and I was holding up her drive-through there was nobody else in the Drive-Thru instead of admitting her mistake I will never be back to the store I truly hope the store gets closed and this woman never works in customer...
