HORRIBLE customer service! I am new to the Flower Mound area and was looking for someone to add additional wall plugs in my house and mount a few tvs. When I called, the guy who answered the phone was less than friendly. I told him what I was looking for and his response was "You are the second person to call with this question, we do not install outlets you need to call an electrician." I proceeded to ask him if I were to use the existing outlets, are you able to mount a few televisions? Clearly frustrated and annoyed, he lets out a big sigh and says "I already had this conversation with someone. We do package work, like mounting tvs and installing wiring which will run you around $350." I quickly responded with "I guess I'm confused because earlier you said your company doesn't offer that service I would need to call an electrician. I'm sorry if you feel like you have to be a broken record, I came across your information on google and was looking for a reputable company to take on a few projects at my house. It sounds like your company isn't in the business of taking on customers so I will call around for a company who actually wants business." His response was "okay." I selected AV solution based on the reviews and now I get to write my own review. I'm giving a 5 star rating because I feel like the service I got was top of the line professional. I had Mike put in a home new home theater surround sound in my great room. I have had cheap systems over the years and have found you really get what you pay for

I askex for a professional to come in and do it right, give me something that is going to last and going to be easy to use. I had just recently switched all 7 TVs in the house to Roku streaming officially cutting- the cable satellite cord. Mike recommend the I add a top of the line harmony remote control which we now absolutely love.... So easy to use, single remote no more pile of remotes, good size touch screen, user friendly, intuitive

This recommendation worked out perfectly. As we know, this is not always the case with recommendations. In my case, I found Mike to be knowledgable, dependable, reliable, respectful, and enthusiastic about theatrical systems. We were able to discuss my needs/desires from which Mike was able to make recommendations based on price and product quality. Mike was able to quickly diagnose and address unexpected issues that arrived during this install. After install, he followed up with a courtesy call to assure all was well and that the system was operating without issues. I am currently enjoying my new theater and would recommend giving Mike a call if pursuing this type of installation....
