T.J. Maxx — Local services in Flowood

Let me explain myself with the two star rating... TJ Maxx is one of my favorite stores along with Ross and following third would be Marshalls these stores are pretty similar and most locations a lot of them are more organized than others but this particular location was not so organized and I waited 20 minutes in line with two sails attendance seven people in front of me with carts full of stuff I had $180 worth of stuff in my hands to purchase and I had 30 minutes to pick up my grandson so I waited 20 minutes in line I still seven people back no one is coming in the front for help and they weren't calling for any help it seem to be the regular everyday bump and grind in that store I got myself out of line went and put my stuff on a chair by the line of all the cash registers and one of the attendants looked at me with such a disgusted look in front of everybody I explain myself and said I'm just putting them there cuz I don't have the time to purchase them in after I get my grandson I'm going to come back and pick it up she told me you can't do that you have to put it on hold I mean put your name on it and wait so anyway I left the stuff in the chair and walked out Flowood Mississippi is a really happening place for this area Mississippi they've got all wonderful anchor stores everyone's Top Notch has Stellar performance and this store fell at the bottom of anything I've ever been to in Flowood Mississippi I'm truly disappointed saddened disgruntled about the way the employee treated me in front of all of the other people that wanted to buy their things and I won't be back to that store even if I have to drive to Jackson Mississippi to purchase stuff from a TJ Maxx. If you want to be treated with respect I wouldn't shop at this location because you won't get respect service with a smile or even be able to purchase something unless you've got a good 45 minutes to wait that wasn't the first time I've waited in that TJ Maxx line either I've waited there approximately seven or eight times only been in Flowood about 6 months but I won't...

Shop here all the time. Well I bought shoes one day and ended up wearing them for 5 hours and realized they didn’t fit. While wearing these I worked at my indoor job and walked in and out on concrete. I came back 2 Days later And tried taking them back to exchange for a bigger size there was MINOR dirt on the bottom of the shoe that would easily wash off with a rag which I tried to explain to her. The old hag lady at the counter claimed that it was repulsive and refused to take them back...

I would like to say thank you to the TJ Maxx Manager in Flowood for her excellent management there. I think her name is Kelly. I went there this afternoon to return my stuff but then I got some troubles with the receipt since one of my things is not on the receipt (I don’t know how and what’s wrong 🤷‍♀️).
