Thank you to Nicole for a great customer service experience. My kid was looking for a specific toy that was not on the showroom floor. Nicole went to look for this item in the back of the store. She was able to find it for us and my kid was suuuuuuuper happy. Besides her knowledge of products, I also really appreciated the way she addressed my kid & I with kindness. Been a while since I’ve experienced customer service like this. Our purchasing experience here was so good that I signed up for their club card. I hope she is recognized for her hard work....
