Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Fond du Lac

The new menu is disheartening for me as someone who takes my homies at work 2-4 a week for the past 7 years and all got penne Rosa's and now we haven't went in weeks cuz they change it I went twice since the new menu took 2 bites and threw it away it's so bad. The parmasean chess is different and bad it's nowhere near as spicy or creamy tomatoes taste worse the noodles are never cooked fully now with the new ones and r chewy.i mean my own mom uses to joke I was made of noodles and company and now if the noodles I ate recently was my first impression I'd never eat there again. I mean I'm craving a penne rosa so bad rn I'm writing a review hoping the bring it back and I'm asking chat gpt to recreate noodles recipe but I wish I could just drive 2 mins and pay for it. Even employed would give me free drinks and I would justify going twice in a day once at work and once with my girl cuz they gave me a free soda for coming so often gave it a 3 star based off the old penne rosa but if review is just off new menu it's a 1...

I ordered online for the first time, when I went in I expected to be asked how could they help me or at least acknowledged, when I was finally greeted after 5 minutes of waiting I said I placed an order online, the man that helped me said over here and then while he was showing me I heard from the grill area "you order online if its paid you just grab" in a very rude manor from who I'm assuming is some kind of management as he was bossing the other two employees around. Then when I got home the mac n cheese I ordered was just a bunch of wet noodles and a pinch of cheese and had other kinds of noodles mixed in with the elbows. I also ordered extra sauce for my potstickers and the 1 sauce cup was barely even half filled. I ordered a kids meal which included an apple juice which I would've assumed was in the bag or they would have informed me to grab my drink option, neither happened. Paid for and I didn't even get it. I will not go to this noodles location ever again!! Worst experience I have ever had at a noodles...

Let me start out saying I really enjoy noodles and company.... Just not the one in my home town of Fond du Lac. Everytime we we have gone there we have been disappointed by the lack of flavor. So we haven't gone in a while until yesterday. 2 of us tried the new Mac bowls and the third ordered our all time Fav the beef pad Thai bowl. My truffle Mac was a big pile of dry noodles with cheese mushrooms and breadcrumbs on top. It was dry! I added a bit of cream and some truffle oil and it tasted 1000X better. The same for the other Buffalo Mac bowl, it basically has no sauce, and the Pad Thai was a let down yet again. For how much we pay for a bowl of noodles, they can afford to add...
